Use of the service

ScaleHero provides a course platform including hosting, payments, affiliates, and related tools. You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not for illegal or abusive purposes.

Account and content

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all content you publish or sell through the platform. You must have the rights to any content you upload.

Fees and payments

Fees and payment terms are set out in your plan and in our pricing. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your sales. We may change fees with notice as set out in your agreement.

Affiliates and MLM

If you enable affiliate or MLM features, you agree to comply with our affiliate/MLM terms and any applicable laws governing referral and multi-level marketing.

Termination

We or you may terminate or suspend access in accordance with your agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases; we may retain data as required by law or our policies.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability as set out in your commercial agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will provide notice where required.
